1. Collection of System Diagnostic Data
We do not collect personal identify profiles automatically. When you request a customized hardware roadmap, we collect information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM), and input devices. This is used solely to provide accurate setup recommendations.
2. Use of Diagnostic Metrics
Any metrics sent to our testing team are used to expand our benchmark registry database. Personally identifiable details are completely stripped, keeping the records strictly technical and secure. We do not sell or trade user contact metrics with outside marketing firms.
3. Cookies & Display Optimization
Tab and Touch uses lightweight technical cookies to cache preference data (such as interface contrast configurations or text scale). These cookies contain no tracking tokens and can be managed directly through your web browser preferences.
4. Data Erasure Rights
Under international privacy guidelines, you may request full removal of your submitted calibration roadmap and inquiry history. Simply contact our support team at [email protected] and we will expedite the deletion process immediately.
